I’ve been promoted to move my career from doing technical stuff to management stuff. This is something new for me and I really keen to take this challenge. Move from comfortable to non-confortable zone is something very hard to decide in anyone’s life. Sometime we need to sacrifice things that we love/like to get something that more valuable/profitable in our life. By moving to the next level, we will know our own capabilities that we sometime underestimated before. Lets do it and Just do it.
